FRIDAY
Packet Pickup: 5pm to 6:30pm Fleet Feet Sports Wilmington - The Forum Location
Relay Teams: The team captain or one individual from the team must take responsibility for picking up the team packet. Team bibs, socks, batons, and additional items will be conveniently packaged together in a single bag for pickup by one designated person. Please ensure that the responsible person handles the pickup.
SATURDAY
1:00pm: Gates open for participants - Entrance, Parking and Course Map
3:30pm: Beer Mile Clydesdale and Athena
4:00pm: Beer Mile Men and Women Open
5:00pm: 20K Relay Start
5:15pm - 20K OPEN Start
6:30pm - LIVE BAND "Therapy" On Stage
7:00pm - Cars can only EXIT the venue VIA US 17 EXIT
7:50pm - All runners must be on final lap with Headlamp
8:30pm - Awards
10:00pm - Event Concludes
